how we got here
Based in Portland, Oregon and serving commercial businesses in the greater Portland area.
Bealer Construction was started in November of 2016 by current President Todd Bealer. After spending the previous 10 years in the Portland, OR construction market working on the business side, Todd decided to build a team and go out on his own.
Todd reached out to former colleagues and crewmembers as well as clients that he had previously established relationships with. Based on the quality team that was put together and the experience in the market Bealer Construction was given some early opportunities to prove itself. From there our quality work and follow through has built a foundation for a bigger client base and strong reputation in the exterior envelope scopes.

Todd has 12 years of experience in project procurement and project management. Over the past 12 years Todd has developed many strong relationships in the Portland market with both vendors and general contractors.
